1) We need to know the total number of Unemployed individuals in statistical form.

2) We need to know the total number of Under-Employed individuals in statistical form.

(A person who does a Job that is below his skills, expertise and education is considered 'Under-Employed.')

We need to equate and balance UN-Employment and Under-Employment to generate Job opportunities.

Individuals are forced to work for low-wages by lowering their skills, in order to satisfy their basic human needs and it is now become a conquest for survival. The 'World' and its Nations needs to focus on Under-Employment which is the major cause that has lead to UN-Employment. There should be a governing 'Body' or 'Authority' that will need to govern and look into these basic necessities.

What can be done to solve this problem ?

The following are the Key points to implement, in order to eradicate UN-Employment.

The major sectors in an economy are, Agricultural, Industrial, Services, Food and Manufacturing.

1) Discovery - Discover common skill sets, in all major sectors and industries,

2) Consolidation - Consolidate similarities of skill sets, from all major sectors and industries,

3) Indexing -  Index common skill sets in a sequence, in all major sectors and industries,

4) Sorting - Sort common skill sets, of all major sectors and industries,

6) Allocation - Allocate space to the common skill in different sectors,

7) Seek & Find - By searching, finding and identifying individuals with “Conflicts of Interests” (...please refer to ITIL) in all major sectors and industries, we can easily increase opportunities and reduce Under-Employment. 

Collaboration of small scale industries, firms, private businesses to one Holding Company as per sectors.

Any process in this world requires continuity to progress.

A Parent process can hold multiple Child processes.

Only if we have such kind of a Strategy, there will be continuity.

To gain Momentum & Continuity in work flow, we need to form a chain .

Without continuity there can be no progress in any process.

Meaning of the Word Subsidiary,  a company controlled by a holding company. 

1) Major sectors of an economy, such as (Industrial, Agricultural, Services and Manufacturing) need to form a new governing 'Body' or 'Authority' known as a 'Holding Company'. 

2) After forming a governing 'Body' or 'Authority', the economy needs to collaborate these Sectors as per their common interests and form a Major Union. This Union will need to accept small scale firms, industries and businesses to join as subsidiaries according to their sectors. This will help expand, enhance every sector in building a longer chain and generate work flow with continuous work opportunities.

3) The Art of Acquisition will help large scale Industries provide opportunity to small scale industries, firms, private businesses. By abiding to these key elements, there will be Economic Growth in our World or Nation. Imagine a Company with several Subsidiaries, can create greater opportunities, manage and distribute work in an enormous way.

4) Identifying the Natural resources of a State in a Nation and specializing in those Natural resources, creates perfect market and wider scope for employment. Thus, there will be optimum utilization of resources, with no wastage.

About Automation

Automation for underdeveloped Nations currently would not be a favorable solution. It could cause an increase in Unemployment explosion. Developed Nations have embraced 'Automation' and have deemed 'Automation' to prevail in the Future.

Hence, an underdeveloped Nation should be prepared, equipped and be able to transform its economy with the current trend in Science and Technology in the World. 

We go to school to study the Basics, Intermediate and Advanced things in life. We could educate Children with Subject that are essential in their daily life. We Learn to Earn and Earn to Live the best life. Let our learning help every individual to practice the Practical things in the Current. 

We need to foresee, one's interest, of what one can achieve after completion of one's education, of where one stands and what one can do at the end of ones academics.

The more we are in Commonality,

We can propagate in Harmony,

Bridge paths with Continuity,

Our Nation or World progress Eternally.

“Lastly, I wish to conclude by stating that, we need to look, design and progress in Structures and stop building Systems. 

                 Systems can upgrade to some extent and change over time, but a Structure will grow in its Infinity as long as we have sown the seeds with Roots of Affinity.”

Advise to Nations

Above all, let students and children server its Nation for a year after their graduation.

Create a Law, for children to serve one year for the nation. The Nation should then provide Jobs to Children and students who have served one year based on their interest and ability. This will motivate young individuals and make them disciplined and loyal to its Nation and thus bring peace and harmony in the World.

Thus, there will be no Unemployment to any students and children in the future generation. The three D’s (DDD) will come to pass. (Discipline, Dignity, and Development).

Our Future, which is our Children will be (Perfect in Perfect…. Perfection.)
